There are two places where our guests leave us comments.
They are written by hand in the visitor books in each cottage ( sometimes even signed by the pets! ) Sometimes people forget to write in the book and e mail us later. We faithfully copy these comments as they come in and we upload them here. The only thing we hide or alter is the full guest name and address for obvious reasons of privacy.
Secondly we encourage our guests to write about us on Trip Advisor and we have an automatic feed of what has been written from Trip Advisor to this site . Reviews posted like that show on the home page for each cottage, so now you can see what others have said.
As you will see we do have brilliant reviews. They are genuine, not a "fix" and and its not that nothing ever goes wrong!. Although our standards are very high just occasionally, in the real world, things are bound to happen. The good reviews are because if something does go awry, and if our guests tell us about it during their stay, we do move heaven and earth to fix it while those guests are still with us. People appreciate this effort on our part greatly and we guarantee it.

"We have really enjoyed our stay here at Foxes Reach. It really felt like home with every comfort. The hot tub was also a real bonus!!. We have enjoyed some great walks with the dogs along the Brecon to Monmouth canal, at Whitestone ( some really lovely views on a clear day) and at Trelleck Beacon where we got a bit lost and ended up walking further than we intended! However, we ended up in the Lion Inn for a well earned lunch. (Very welcoming and well worth a visit). Thank you for the treats and the flowers- a really nice touch. We hope to come back to Foxes Reach in the future. Thank you once again Sue, Keith + Max and Rio Daws Heath, Benfleet Essex "
