Owners Fiona and Malcolm Wilton said "We are a small family business up against much bigger competitors. and so we are honoured and absolutely thrilled to acheive this. We do work really hard to maintain our high standards but in our industry the point is to make customer service invisible and effortless. .So when someone notices like this it is really fantastic!.
