Book and pay with confidence
A deposit of £100 is required to secure your booking. We take cards via a secure bank system for your peace of mind.
Your remaining balance is payable about 7 weeks before arrival.
In the event that we are again required to lockdown or your home area is locked down for the dates booked you can obviously not come- but your payment is NOT LOST!
Since this outbreak first began we have been offering date transfers to any available date up to December 31 2021 at any of our cottages. 100% of what you have paid us will be transferred as a credit to the cost of the new date and you can probably find something at or very close to the same price (you can pay a little extra for a more expensive option or we will refund the difference if you select something less expensive ). If a date change is really not possible we will offer a full refund but the date transfer is by far the most popular option- that way you do get a holiday even if delayed!
We strongly recommend you to buy travel insurance which will cover most situations other than COVID- other situations do occur!
